Ohio’s 23rd House District is unusual in Northeast Ohio. First, it pulls voters from both Lake and Cuyahoga counties into the same House District -- covering Eastlake, Mentor-on-the-Lake, Richmond Heights, Wickliffe, Willoughby, Willoughby Hills, Willowick, half of Mentor, and the villages of Gates Mills, Lakeline, Mayfield, and Timberlake.
