INDIANAPOLIS — From premium steaks to elevated dining experiences, Haus of Wagyu is putting a spotlight on high-quality beef through unique culinary events and collaborations across the country.

Founded by Quiane Crews, Haus of Wagyu is a farm-to-fork culinary brand specializing in premium Wagyu beef, luxury catering, private dining and exclusive food experiences.

The company sources its beef from a farm in New Haven, Indiana, keeping its operation rooted in the state.

Crews said the goal is to introduce more people to Wagyu beef while educating guests about its quality, preparation and culinary traditions.

Haus of Wagyu offers a three-course dining experience featuring dishes such as Wagyu sliders, steak tacos and steak bites served with potatoes and asparagus. Each course is presented throughout the event, giving guests an opportunity to experience the beef in different ways.

Wagyu is known for its extensive marbling, which contributes to its tenderness, rich flavor and premium price. Crews said Haus of Wagyu focuses on providing guests with authentic Wagyu rather than blending it with other types of beef.

The company has several upcoming events planned, including two Indianapolis collaborations in November.

On Nov. 8, Haus of Wagyu will partner with The Social Experience for an event focused on bringing people together through food, conversation and community. The collaboration grew out of Crews’ relationship with the organization and its work surrounding men’s mental health.

On Nov. 18, Crews will team up with Kayla Coleman for Wagyu & Wine at Love Indy Bar & Grill. Guests can expect a curated dining experience featuring multiple courses, including Wagyu sliders and seared sirloin.

Crews is also expanding his business interests beyond culinary experiences. He recently became a co-owner of Sud’n Impact Gym in Fort Wayne, which will celebrate 20 years of community impact on Nov. 21. Haus of Wagyu will be part of the milestone celebration.

The brand’s expansion will reach New York City on Dec. 5, when Crews brings The Wagyu Experience to Partake NYC. The event is being organized in collaboration with Rico and Karol and marks the company’s biggest event to date.

Crews said connections he developed while spending time in New York helped make the partnership possible. The collaboration will introduce more guests to Haus of Wagyu while also highlighting the restaurant’s offerings.

The New York event will feature an especially luxurious touch, including 24-karat gold flakes and a 24-karat gold sauce.

While Crews eventually hopes to open a fine-dining restaurant, he said he is enjoying the opportunity to grow through catering events and partnerships with restaurants, lounges and other organizations.

Tickets for upcoming events are available at hausofwagyu.com. Guests can use promo code WISHTV for 20% off tickets to any upcoming event. The offer expires Nov. 13.
